Hitting leagues are a great opportunity for players to practice hitting, while developing skills in a competitive - and fun - environment.

Winning teams will receive DiamondZ Championship T-shirts!

Play

  • Four player teams compete against other players in the same age group.

  • During an inning, each player will be up, alternating teams.

  • Points are accumulated based on where the ball is hit within the batting cages.

SOFTBALL ONLY:

  • Each Varsity (High School) team must have a pitcher and catcher.

  • For JV (Middle School) teams, we encourage each team to have a pitcher and catcher, if a team is unable to do so, a pitching machine will be used in place.

BASEBALL ONLY:

  • Pitching machine will be used for both levels. Average speed for JV will be 60 mph and 70 mph for varsity.

Age Divisions and Schedules

  • Maximum 8 teams per division

  • Five weeks, with one week for playoffs

    • November 3, 2018 - December 11, 2018

    • Registration deadline October 27, 2018

  • Junior Varsity (Middle School - Freshman)

  • Varsity (Freshman - Seniors)

NOTE: Freshman can play in either division depending on their skill level.

Cost

  • Team: $200, 4 players

  • Individual: $50 - as a free agent DiamondZ will place you on a team
